This month, we're giving some love to Art in General, a New York based Art Organization:

Art in General presents three to four group exhibitions annually and has an Artist in Residence Program designed to give local, national, and international artists the opportunity to present and create new work. The exhibitions include work by artists that has been selected from a regular open submissions process and reviewed by a rotating advisory panel comprised of artists, curators, writers, and other arts professionals. The Artist in Residence Program allows artists to create new work on- site in an open studio atmosphere and to establish a dialogue between artists and their public. Art in General’s new street-level Project Space gives prominent store-front space to small, group exhibitions or single, room-size installations by artists. The elevator hosts a changing selection of artists’ audio works throughout the year that are played during the ascent to the 4th and 6th floors.
